Suicide Is Painless?

I had previously been under the mistaken belief that it would be wrong to assume that the young man who tried to commit suicide would be of no danger to others... This young lady proved me wrong. And then, of course, you have to take into account the types who are selfish enough to kill themselves in ways that would undoubtedly cause harm to others (ie crashing your car into other cars, etc).

Oh dear, that joke from Amelie Poullain came true. Now that was a silly thing what she did. They gave no details, but it is even possible that she survived.
Yes, that morons who can't kill themselves some normal way are really annoying. Car crash? Blah, be sure to buy chinese car. Normal cars have safety measures so powerful, that you just can't be sure to die. Or jumping under the train or something. Well done, all the passengers will thank you for delay and conductor twice, because they will investigate whether it was not his fault. Pills? What are you, a druggist, so you know exactly what the pills do and that you will actually die, or will you just piss off the ambulance crew?
Hey she was japanese, have she ever heard about seppuku?

Damage control mode on.
Well, yes, if only suicidal people could find their way to psychiatrist ambulance. But if they really proceed to finishing themselves, they could choose a way in which no one else will be harmed, no?

If by normal, you mean average then yes. If you mean accepted, then probably not.

Nicely done, Humble.
I watched a really bad Japanese movie about suicides called The Suicide Club. It could have been good but then the end was incredibly freaking weird and didn't make much sense... But it addressed the alarmingly high number of suicides in Japan. My own personal belief is that you better have a damn good reason for killing yourself and money trouble or your partner running out on you ain't it.
